DUO restarts while searching for channels

My Duo restarts and shows starting in the display after 10 seconds when I start to search for channels.
In the beginning ther was "the red light" problem. Replaced C807 and that problem was solved.
But it ended up in this instead.
Is there anyone who recognise my problem and have solved it?

usually RAM memory insufficiency always encountered in Vu+ Duo ,thus causes crashes!
Check the RAM memory!
and post a crash log , if possible!

Sadly no crashlog is generated when my box goes "dead" and restarts again.
RAM looks ok, 35% used

Have U put or used other plug-ins or Skin that is not from BH addon server?

I am using plugins from BH server. I also made a test with VU original image installed, but no change.

Then I would recommend to take it to the shop, since this issue started when U replaced C807!
