Duo4K Download Manager Connection Failure.

Hi All, I have been having a problem recently with not being able to connect with the download manager the spinner just turns and after a while it says sorry connection failed, when I first install the image like BH 3.1.0 or OBH 4.4 the download manager usually works for the first time then when leave the box on standby over night then try to use the download manager it fails again and will not work, the box is connected to the network as it will connect to feeds and software update. I have tried with the built in wifi to see if it could be an ethernet port fault but that does fail the BH download manager also. I do not have any internet faults as all my other devices work and I have another well known brand receiver and that works fine. Has anyone had the same problem with the Duo4k?.

Check DNS settings of your box first.
If you can, use Google DNS Servers.

Hi, I tried the google public DNS servers and disabled DCHP, and it seems to be working now which is strange as I've never had to do that before maybe virginmedia have changed something recently? thanks for your advice.
