I purchased new VU+ DOU2, when I switch power on, all receiver body become electrically connected, & can not touch the receiver body, or I will be chocked

You have to check the presence of voltage on receiver body when the receiver is connected to a different power (220 V) connector without the antenna or other devices connected.
