Using a monoblock can cause problems.
First is it a 6 degree monoblock, or other?
What size dish, are you using?
Try setting the tuner, that has the monoblock, to simple, Diseqc A/B, select the satellites, and try a manual scan.
Have you checked the monoblock is working, and aligned correctly?

It is issued by dish tv india. This lnb has only one terminal to connect with the tuner. Mono block is working perfectly fine. My vu+ duo2 has only one dual tuner.i want to use only one terminal of tuner with mono block lnb.please let me know how to configure tuner for this setup
Dish size is 65 cm

Try going into the menu, and setting the Tuner up to simple, Diseqc A/B, and set the satellites up.
Is that a picture of your dish, as it's currently set up, or just an example?

Checking lyngsat, both NSS 6, and SES 8, are listed on the same satellite, 95E, which doesn't require a monoblock LNB.
If these channels are working, on your old receiver, then the dish, LNB, and cabling, are working and the problem must be the Tuner setup.
Try using Simple, Mode = Single, Satellite 95E, and scanning in the channels.
Which Tuner, LNB input, have you got the cable going into? The top, Tuner A, or bottom, Tuner B?

If you like to receive only 95.0E NSS 6 & SES 8 satellite connect antenna to tuner A ( the top Tuner )
Main Menu >>Setup>>> service searching>>Tuner configuration

In tuner Configuration Tuner A ( top Tuner )

configuration Simple
Mode Single
Satellite 95.0E NSS 6 & SES 8
No Diseqc
----------------------------------------------
Configuration Tuner B (bottom Tuner)

Configuration mode >>> Loop through to
Connected to Tuner A
===========================

Connect antenna to Tuner A (topTuner)
Scan

==========================================================
If you have no scaned channels no signal
you can use Sat finder and Positioner setup to test antenna

Im not sure about your monoblock positions and possibilities.
which satellite is first and which second satellite on your monoblock.

But OK

You use tuner A (top tuner)
connect antenna cable to top Tuner A

In tuner Configuration Tuner A ( top Tuner )

Configuration mode Simple
Mode DiSEqC A/B
Port A ( select first satellite from your monoblock)
Port B (select second satellite from your monoblock)

=====================================
Configuration Tuner B (bottom Tuner)

Configuration mode >>> Loop through to
Connected to Tuner A

Do I have to configure tuner b even though it is not connected to any cable.

Do I have to configure tuner b even though it is not connected to any cable.

You do not have to configure
but if it is configured is used for the recording / transcoding / using PIP
Tuner B is within the receiver connected to the signal from the antenna on Tuner A

I believe that is good.
Provided that the position is good.
I do not know how it is in Asia.

Port A : nss6 and ses8 95 E
Port B : intelsat 4b 100.5 E

if not try the other way around

Port A : intelsat 4b 100.5 E
Port B : nss6 and ses8 95 E
