Ok ... you don´t have a hdd .
Reboot your STB ... with all usb devices disconnected.
If the image crash´s ... by ftp ... navigate to /home/root.
There you´ll find the enigma2 crashlog´s.
Uninstall any "strange panel" too from your STB ... if you have it installed.

Note: Post the crashlog´s here.

just an suggestion maybe you could try flashing your box via original image if boots up then factory reset then install bh image again

You have not realized that when I get no crash gives access via FTP or LAN network . Only again installing a new image can not open FTP but later he deleted the logs of errors Vuzero , had I already said that you are not to realize what I tell you . The only image that was stable was the OpenPLi -4.0 ... as can be of plugins? I made new test with the BlackHole - 2.1.7 image and already operating without crash 'll wait to see if it remains stable .

yes I did it manufactures reset.
And installed original image.

I'm having the same problem. I have Vu+ Ultimo. I installed BH 2.1.7. Then I got problems it seems. It works really great for an hour or two, but then I loose TV Image, and then if i try to restart cam it goes green screen. I have tried other images, but it always ends up in a crash. I also tried to install openvix.. After I have installed a new image that are not Black Hole, It still boots with Black Hole Boot Logo on screen. Im not very much into linux and pc programming, but is there a way to fully clean the whole ultimo box? (NB I have also installed Orginal Image and run factory reset). I send along some crashlogs, The one that ends with xxxxxxxx80 is the one I get when the box is boot looping into green screen.

This thread is from 2015.
The VU+ Zero was only produced as a second receiver, not a main receiver, and has it's so old, it can't handle the latest images, and no longer has any support.
Unleass you have the VU+ Zeo 4K, a later receiver, and post your problem, I doubt anyone can help.

Thanks Ev0, I wrongly assumed that the zero was practically useless, in modern terms, but could still be useful as a FTA receiver.
Seeing as OpenBh 5.3 is available, for this old receiver, then it might be worth kiokoto3391 loading OpenBh 5.3 and following the onscreen setup guide, to test it.
