File transfer program

Hello guys

my file transfer program wont open the ETC or VAR of the duo2
it connects to the receiver
and you can open HDD ,MEDIA
and a couple of others

but when it tries to open the ETC
it says this error

Timeout detected. (data connection)
Could not retrieve directory listing
Error listing directory '/etc'.
Error changing directory to 'etc'.

anybody have any ideas why

i have restarted my computer ,my internet,my duo2

still does the same thing

yes tried filezilla ,winscp ,DCC
as well as VUCC
all did the same
using windows 10 pc
lastest blackhole image

thing is this was all working last week

have got a problem with my ***** file
which is in the Tuxbox/config

thats what alerted me to this problem

If nothing has changed, with your set up, including a router software update, or anti virus update, then try reverting black hole to an earlier stage, using the one of the black hole backups.
Otherwise you might have to backup your channel list, using dreamboxedit, or other, and start from scratch.
