Freezer watching TV and with EMC

Hello forum, I know here is not the place for cam's support but I just wanted to ask if this problem is known here.
I really like the blackhole image but I have lots of freezer on Sat TV and this is sure not the provider, (tested all supported cams) I have a DM7020HD with the same cams and with it I don't have any freezer, the same while using EMC,.
Is this problem known?

OR is there any other image which is working better?
