Freq 11309 on sat 0.8

hi, i have problem with Thor 5 11309.00 V C07 Europe DVB-S2 8PSK 25000 3/4
on my VU+ SoloSE v2 and with BH 3.0.2.F and all BH 3.0.3 G to P.
I can´t find eny channels in this freq.
Yes i have it on mine satellites.xml list but the maschine don´t find it, 100% lost signal,
only on this freq. On mine VU+ dou2 it working in all BH firms.
