Green screen of death on my vu solo "HELP PLEASE",..

My VU SOLO BLACKHOLE DREAMBOX WONT BOOT UP IT KEEPS GOING ON TO A GREEN SCREEN WITH RIGHTING ON IT AN THEN GOING BACK TO STARTING TO BOOT UP AGAIN BUT IT WONT START IT JUST KEEPS GOING AROUND IN CIRCLES starting going to green screen then back to starting, its been doing this all day, Please Help,.. Sorry i am new to all this its a VU SOLO BOX BUT WHEN YOU SWITCH IT ON IT SAYS BLACKHOLE AS ITS LOADING,
to be honest i looked and it says Vu solo Dreambox

one of my mates said it needs reflashed again so i will try that and get back to you with some pics if it doesnt work,..Thanks
