I just wanted to take a minute to say hello and to say thanks for allowing me access to these forums. I purchased a VU+ Duo2 with 4 DVB-S2 tuners a couple of days ago, and I look forward to testing the blind scan and other features of the Duo2 on the North American satellites. EB

Welcome :D
I'm working to implement ATSC on Enigma2 for Vu+ boxes.
Do you have the possibility to help me to test some images with the new TV standard included?
The only thing you need is an ATSC USB device :)

Am particularly interested in this ATSC.
Will i be able to use my Ultimo in the USA as I will be relocating soon?
Or must ATSC be implemented to enable it?
Thanks for your hard work.

If you live in an ATSC country you can help me to test and verify ATSC support :)
Write a pm if you're interested

I will be glad to help you with anything I can. ATSC capability would be excellent for us! I do not have an ATSC USB device, but will be glad to purchase one as long as it is reasonable.

Thanks to all for the warm welcome. My Duo2 should be delivered to me by the end of next week, depending on the processing speed of U.S. customs. EB

Actually the ATSC support is pretty in very alpha stage.
I don't know if my enigma2 modifications works or not. I suggest to move to developement area for this kind of topics.

In the developement area of this Board there is a post made by me called "ATSC/CATV support proposal".
We can continue post in that post to take all posts, ideas, reports and more in one place :)

Hello Everyone. I just bought a Vu+ Solo2 and I will like to help with the ATSC implementation testing. I already have and HD PVR and i was wondering if can make it to work with the Solo2 or do I need a different model?
Thanks.

ATSC is a feature that I had hoped for in VU but it looks like it is not going to happen.
I do not know of any progress in the ATSC area since 2013. I would suggest that you look elsewhere for this support. EB
