For what? ... Only to spend much money ... than you need it...
A 2.5 " sata II is a good choice like for ex: wd scorpio blue.
I have a 320 Gb installed on my VUplus Duo2 ... and work like a charme.
Hard disk model: ATA(WDC WD3200BEVT-0)
Capacity:298.1 GB ("320 GB")
Free:259.918 GB

That depends the data you want to be allocated on your hd.
Number of vídeos. Mp3. Swap. Images via meoboot etc.
