HbbTV

Hi,

Tried setting up the HbbTV plugin last night.
I installed it on my Solo 2 (BH 2.0.4) and then restarted it.

I then tried some channels that usually have RED button content (Sky News etc).
There was no red button logo on the screen and pressing the red button did nothing.

Maybe its just another plugin that doesn't work on my box, or I need some instructions and a little help?

Like a lot of the plugins, there doesn't seem to be a lot of information.

Anyone else with my setup installed HbbTV plugin and have it working?

Tune a channel with HBBTV services exposed like VOX HD on Astra 19.2E and long-press blue button
In the window that appear run the item called "hBBTV applications" or a similar one.
If all works properly, tune Sky News service and try with long-blue button pressure

I can see the plug-in works with the long-blue button press.
However I have discovered there are no UK channels with HbbTV on 28.2 deg

is there any channels with HbbTV on Nilesat, Arabsat 26E, Hotbird 13,
can you explain what is HbbTv service, what it does???

I've tested with German channels on Astra.Works good, there are more services as extended videotext, some VOD , an extended EPG, the ZDF Videotek,
and on the radio channels also all the played titles with singer biography.It is very amazing, but is presetn only on german channels ARD, ZDF,SWR,WDR etc.
