Help for ***** on Solo 4K

I have never used ***** before and finding it hard going so far, I haven't found anything that gives full install/setup info so any help would be welcome.
I downloaded what is supposed to be latest ***** for arm/solo 4K but the files just have names like "osca 11278 ARM" and I can't find out what to do with them.
I found an ***** file with an .ipk extension and it seemed to install OK on the box but nothing is showing up in the 'OBH blue panel'.
Used cccam2oscam to generate ***** files and put them in /etc/tuxbox/config/
