how to instal iuu-phoenix usb drivers

hello i try to install this drivers and i am using telnet and this command
depmod -a
update-modules
modprobe iuu-phoenix

i was past iuu-phoenix.ko to lib/modules/3.3.8-2.0/kernel/drivers/usb/serial

and i got this messsage from telnet:
modprobe: can't load module iuu-phoenix (kernel/drivers/usb/seri
al/iuu_phoenix.ko): invalid module format

how to , please help me i try to install my infinity usb unlimited as a card reader

in here you can download drivers original but my one i was copy for some website

If your reader uses FTDI chipset the drivers are already included. Take a look into Blue Panel -> Kernel driver (or a similr menu) to enable it

i did that , enable ftdi but i cant run infinity usb unlimited :( as a reader , you sure they use ftdi chipset on this programmer

i will try to send email to supplier about chipset , maybe they will tell me , i can give you this to drivers which i already have for supplier website and some other
