That is already written on the forum.
If you want to use a USB stick for EPG, Picon, multiboot etc.
Then you need to format with your box/image
After that mount.

If you have a problem with a USB stick
then you have to find one that works well with your box.

Usually these are older generation USB sticks , do not exceed 4 GB .

Hi, I'm still confused about using pendrive into my Vu+

After I put the pendrive in it's place (on the back panel of the Vu+ usb port)
Then I went to Devices manager and mount the pendrive with red button
then it seems that have been mount which seems like this

USB USB Flash Memory
Size: 2.023GB Mount:/media/usb
Devise:/dev/sda1

It seems exactly like this on the screen, then when I went to format the usb linux operating system
but when I press the red button to continue then it says that if the usb is already connected to the box you have to unplug it.

How can I format a pendrive if'it's not connected ?
Is there something that I'm missing.

If there is a thread about how to I appreciate any help.
Thanks
