Hi, Thanks for reply, tried but could not connect to puty, i am using Windows 7 maybe that the problem, i connect ok with Telnet with Vu+ Control Centre, but do not know how to save with that, if you could give me some ideas if possible, i am worried now, maybe this usb not working with Linux, Vu, Dreambox etc, i have tested before Aver Media A867 works Fine, the Man from Honk Kong i bought the USB ensured that is the same 100% with Avermedia, same Chipset, the quality is very good it is Original made by HP, i Just think now maybe they have made some changes to this in the making, and the person sold me this, was not honest, or did not know this, i have done all kind of tests but seem, unstable, Tuner Failed after reboot, SID not found in PAT, it just making me Crazy, i will all so like to ask if some one else has this Tuner, and can share some Light with me, or maybe i am the only one here with this, Thanks.

If you can connect your box via VUCC, you must connect also via Putty (telnet option of course).
About output file, if you follow instructions in the 2nd post of the thread I mention, the box creates a file into /tmp called output.txt.
Catch it via FTP and upload it here.

Ok, it was little difficult for me, but i managed to do it, please check this and see if you can help me with this, my idea is i need probably to patch the drivers for this USB, so it will have the same Drivers as Aver Media A867, this i think should be done with Linux, but i do not have any Linux machine here, only Lap Top with Windows 7, this is my idea , but do not know much about Linux, you know better, Thanks.

You haven't used BH images during your output file generation because your USB DVB device is detected via manufacturer driver v1.0.27 and BH don't support it anymore.
Use latest BH image and re-generate the diagnostic file if your DVB USB device doesen't work correctly.

Ok, but i Tested with latest Blackhole Image and does not Detect the USB at all, that the Reason i use Open Pli now, because at least it Detect the USB as Avermedia A867, two Questions now :
You say that driver v1.027 is no longer Supported by Blackhole, if so what the point to use with Blackhole if not Supported?, If i install Blackhole and insert the USB will i be able to generate Diagnostics? Thanks.

Please, make these Telnet commands, one at a time.

dmesg > /tmp/output.txt
lsmod >> /tmp/output.txt
cat /proc/bus/usb/devices >> /tmp/output.txt
cat /proc/bus/nim_sockets >> /tmp/output.txt

And next post output .txt

I can confirm to you Hauppauge WinTV-Nova-T HD stick. I'm personaly using it, sensitive enough, low power consumption, stable. I don't want to confirm stuff not tested by me.

Thanks for your report.
According to this link (official Linux TV project - BH uses this set of drivers in their images)
Code:
http://www.linuxtv.org/wiki/index.php/Afatech_AF9035

Your device (HP A867) is supported only via manufacturer driver and LinuxTV developers aren't implemented it into Linux kernel.

As said by paolino, you can change USB DVB dongle. A867 from Italian market are supported.

I reactivate this 3d after a long time…..
I would like to install the OBH 4.2 on my old vuduo
But I find problems in finding and installing the drivers for the average blue LED of type A867
Those that I found on the online image server do not work or I can not install them
For the same tuner pen instead but for the image BH3.0.7 I followed Shiro's instructions and now it works well.
