Web server is an addon feature. You can try to install it with opkg (via telnet interface - or software manager plugin).

Should be "httpd" or "apache2"

you need to build your own build environment, here is what you need first

But htere is problem, that there is no recipe for apache, so you need to create recipe file and then build the package.

P.S. I'v tried build apache, but i was not able to do this, for now.

The only lighthttpd i found was in /usr/sbin/.debug and when trying to start it i got this error:

Hi, as i say previous, i didn't try to install it

There is one missing dependency, libpcre0, attached to this post.

And do not install -dev, -dbg and -systemd packages from this post, they also have some dependecies that are not installable, and you don't need those packages.

Hi, I have gotten it to work, many thanks for your help.

Now the issue is, that I would like to use PHP and a database server. Could you help with a short introduction on what is needed to compile these I have thought of using php and mysql or postgresql ( if you got other better suggestion I am open to user other programs. )?

I have installed a debian workstation, as I understand that is needed to compile, but I dont know what to do from there.

Basicly what I want is to be able to make a web app, using a database to store information

i don't think, that this is possible. There is no php or mysql package in the build environment of vuplus.

But maybe someone has better knowledge and is able to compile php and mysql for vu.
