I'm desperate / Vu+ Uno4kse SOS

Good Morning everybody!
before 2 months i bought 1 vu+ uno4kse
after 3 days dead --- freeze..i press on/off from back not life at all --- lcd screen / usb / lan all dead
only power led in frond is light
SO....
i send it back and they gave me a fresh new one But after 1 week again the same with same problems
i have to tell you that i am not going to send it back for 3rd time
i am so desperate and unhappy!

Also i am 55 years old and i have a lot of stb and older vu's all without probs
my setup was in vu uno4kse -- 1 motor+dish Amiko and 1 ssd inside 256gb nothing else

Can you help me please...is there any hope to fix this stb myself?

i forgot to say that i send an email in Vu+ but no response!!!

An email to VU+ is the most useless thing you may ever try: first of all because they never answer to anyone.
Second, because how anyone can help someone having an hardware problems? By email? by a forum? Surely no one: you just need a technician.
Instead, it's actually sending it back for the 3rd time the only option you've got because, if I understand well, it's still covered by its warranty.
