*** .ipk install on VTi, and VIX, but don't install on Blackhole - Help please

I'm trying to install ccc*m 2.1.3 and 2.2.1 on blackhole 1.6.3, but after install and enigma reboot, i don't have it in ******* manager...
I have installed the same version of ccc*m 2.1.3 and 2.2.1 on Vix image and VTI image, and after enigma reboot i have found them in *******...
Can someone tell me why please ?

Can someone give me a link to download an .ipk of Ccc*m 2.1.3 (by mp if prohibited on forum) version for Blackhole ? I prefier 2.1.3 instead of 2.2.1...
