Is Ultimo 4K that much better than 4K Duo ?

I was looking at the 4K receivers. I cant see a whole big difference between the 4K Ultimo and Duo.

Is it worth paying the extra for the Ultimo?

I saw the Solo 4K mention here, but cant seen to find that on the world of satellite website.

Can anyone recommend a UK seller ?
