LCD4LINUX plugin interval..

Hi,
Been searching around for a way to set the interval at which a set plugin will update its output.
I am using the 'show http text' plugin but i see no way of setting this interval either in the web panel or the config file (lcd4config), I can see in the older style config files there is an 'update' field, this is what I'm trying to use.
Any suggestions?

On further inspection I see that I do not have a 'lcd4linux.conf' file in /etc, and I am wary of using one from the web that might use the wrong driver or something.
Any clues as to how I would get the original file?

You should find your 'lcd4config' in '/etc/enigma2/', the default file is named 'default.lcd' and is located in '/usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions/LCD4linux/data/'

Hi, thanks for the reply.
But its not the LCD template Im looking for, its the actual config file for LCD4LINUX that 'should' be in /etc
