NAR keeps returning

Hi all, I recently changed the image to 2.1.6.1 and I have found that I cant get rid of the narrative talking. I go into audio and change it but when I come back to that channel the narrative is still there. I don't remember having this problem last time I changed the image. Any help please

No that hasn't worked. It made thing worse. I have subtitles on the screen now. I have altered all the setting back to as they were but I still have the subtiltes
