New 3.0.3, old problem from Tivusat to DVB-T

I had hoped that this new image 3.0.3 would finally solve the problem when zapping from a Tivusat channel (regularly decoded by an official set CAM+Card) to a DVB-T one but, clearly, the new image uses the old August's 2016 VU+ drivers, which have reintroduced this terrible and major bug.
