Play hevc 265 in uno 4k

Hi. Im trying to play hevc 265 4k mkv file in my uno 4k with openbh but only sound works. The video appears white.

Maybe he have uhd resolution but is coded 264.

I dont think so. It say hevc x265 hdr visionplus and mkv on the title. So 4k files with x264 dont run in uno 4k. Is that correct?
