problem connecting vu solo with HDMI

HI
I have vu solo and currently i have problem to connect it with HDMI port to my LCD
if some body no the problem kindly help me I have samsung series 4 lcd

Thanks dear for replying me so quickly i had got the link and iam going to try it
Secondly i am very impressed with Vu community due iam in satellite bussiness and deal with different companies but the responce and support on VU community i did not seen it to other forum .........................

Verify if the hdmi plug is correctly inserted in its hole. Sometimes you have to push a little bit more (carefully) to insert it completely till the end...

I would contact your supplier and get it exchanged.

i have same problem. i tryed 2 lcd panel and 2 different hdmi cable and lots of images . there is pictures and no sounds.
