Problem scanning DVB-S2 channels

Dear all,
I can't scan DVB-S2 channels, However scanning DVB-S channels has no problem. Did any bod have such a problem? Is this a hardware problem?

No problems in view DVB-S2 TPs with Solo.

that's right, I have also no problem in viewing those channel, but I can't scan a DVB-S2 transponder.

Try to download the last setting for the sat you want. After that, try to view the channels in the DVB-S2 transponder (for wich you ask). If not ok, you have to verify (when viewing a channel) the SNR value for the channel. If it's near 0% or it's not stable (30%, 0%, 30%, ...) so, your dish orientation must be verified.
