Request Problems with Vu+ Duo crashing

I am having problems with box crashing a lot.
I'm running BH 1.7.9 and have a 2 TB HDD and 2 x USBs connected.
I mounted the hdd to /media/hdd and the USBs to /media/usb and /universe respectively.
But now, when I try to look at mount points or change universe, I get green screen crash.
Also, settings (blue->yellow) shows zero resources used (obviously wrong).
I've attached one of the crash logs (I'm not experienced in interpreting it), if anyone can point me in the right direction I would appreciate the help

The plan was to extend the flash using the /universe USB but I didn't get that far before the crashes started.
I don't have a swap file set up; tried to create one but wasn't able to

Hopefully solved it now.
Looks like one of my USB sticks was corrupt. Only using one now with 2 partitions.
Re-flashed BH 1.7.9 and loaded everything from scratch; no crashes so far
