i have put the latest blackhole update of here on, now when i go to play any movie on media player it plays mkv files ok but not avi format, and when it plays any of them, there is no audio at all, i have put dts downmix on, i cant figure out what the problem could be, any idea ?

I've the 1.3.9.2 on my Duo and Solo boxes but none of your problems are occourred.
I've some DivXes (SD and HD) and MKV but all works great.
i have just installed the solo ones by mistake now, i was trying to change to different one, i used a all in one toolbox for vu.but it said solo after it transfered them, do u know how i can change them, and where the file is please how do i change to the proper ones, help me out i am struggling now

i have just replaced with your version and now rebooted, hope it will be ok, thanks for that matrix10, gonna try and play some movies in a min on avi and mkv, i am having probs with movies playing for some reason, it is finding my powered up external samsung story station and seeing and playing the movies but without sound, cant understand this ?
Hmmmmm - when I bought VU+ Duo - there was also nice "catchword" Linux media player. So I was thinking that it will work at least like basic players like WD, hyundai etc.
At his moment there are many problems with avi files, problem with mkv's dts sound, I cannot turn off TV durring listening of MP3 via SPDIF cable to my amplifer because it will stop to play music.
I think that VU+ team should notice that media player is very needed funcionality and have to be polished
