Rai channels on Eutelsat 5 West A (5.0W) disappeared

Hello,

Does anybody know why I cannot find the RAI channels on Eutelsat 5?

Since there is a big tree between our house and Hotbird 13, I try to reveive the RAI channels from Eutelsat 5 instead. I get lots of channels on Eutelsat 5 with good quality, but no italian channels.

When I look with satfinder there is no signal at all (SNR = 0) on the frequencies for the Rai-channels.

Does anybody have a clou what could be the reason?

Hello
Unless it is a VU Uno 4K SE you can not tune them. They transmit in multistream mode.
