Recording radio streams...?

Hi,

I can't figure it out...is it possible to record radio streams to a hard drive...?
(As I can see an "REC" icon in the bottom left corner..!?)
I have Blackhole image 1.6.2. (Vu+duo).

Also...does anyone know, is London's radio station "Kiss100" streaming on Shoutcast plugin..?
If so, where is it, and how to find it..?

I got Shoutcast installed. I spent searching for Kiss100 for more that 1-2h...few times. Maybe it's under a different name...don't know!? I tried many that looked as it could be London's Kiss, but no luck.
So, if someone knows for sure, and can confirm it's there it would be great.

It's mainly for recording their overnight programme. Just because it's easy and simple.
I can listen to "Kiss100" on Astra 28.2" E...hence my first question.
But I don't know how to record radio streams, or whether is that possible or not...?
