Remove sourceforge SVN packages tuxcom and tuxterm
The tuxcom and tuxterm plugins were the last remnants of SourceForge based
project. Instead of rewriting the recipes, just remove them since they're
probably obsolete anyway.

This should allow people to build everything again after the demise of SF.
