Solo se Black screen, not booting

Hi, my solo se don't boot anymore , not even show vu logo on TV just black screen, more likely not signal to the TV at all! Led light on box is on and blinks on remote. Can't flash it with any image! Both Ethernet lights are solid on and can't see box on my network. Any idea how to put my box back to life? Thanks

Hardware issues have to be fixed by technicians, not by a talk on the forum. How can we know what or which components are defective?

I thought it may be a hardware issue. Yes it's genuine box
