Solo2 Recording - How to stop ongoing recording

Hi,
I am not able to stop ongoing recording. I have tried two ways:
1. When recording is on, Press REC button and choose Don't record option - It does not work!
2. When recording is on, Go to Timers from Main menu, press yellow (disable) on currently active timer, select Don't record - It does not work!
Its annyoing when things don't work.
