We'll need a lot more information.
Do you have a motorized, or fixed, dish system?
How have you got the tuners configured?
Have you checked the cable connections?
Could it be the LNB that has failed?
Can you try your receiver on a different dish/LNB set up?

If you've just loaded a new image, like Black hole 2.1.7, you need to set up the tuners, and load a channel list.
Go into the Menu, Setup, Service Searching and set the tuners to the satellite you're dish is pointed at.

Have you been into the menu and checked your tuner configurations?
You need to identify the problem, either by checking your VU+ Solo 2 ona nother dish, or checking another receiver on your dish.
Without knowing how your dish is set up, and what happened, no one can help, all we are doing is guessing.
Why did everything have to be fixed, last week? Is this a new installation?
try contacting whoever fixed it up, for you.

What other receivers?
The VU+ is a Linux based receiver and the tuners need to be configured, were these other receivers similar?
It might be better if you can get a friend, or installer, who is familiar with the VU+ receiver, or other Linux based receivers, as we aren't getting a lot of useful information, from you, probably due to a language barrier.
