some satellite not work

16e satellite not active channels in ch list and the name of sat not appear in the list sat name

i sent satellite .xml to solo2 bh 2.1 and sure the file is correct but the ch not active and i sure the tuner config is correct

need help to solve this problem

Telnet to your satbox. Stop Enigma2 using "int 4" command. Go to /etc/tuxbox/ using ftp client and rewrite old "satellites.xml" file with new good one. Restart Enigma2 with "init 3". The problem will disappear.

I notice that the command mentioned, by NickZ is init 4, with a space, yet you have written init4, without a space, can you please confirm the command you're typing into telnet.
