strang problem with my uno

when i search satalite it gives me all chanels but i find some of them (ch) snr= 0 (no signal ) at all 0 prcint
and when i do manual search in this transporder only it give me no chanels found
i update my tuner and use deffrent verions of black hole
but no use
so plz can anyone help me and tell me is this a software problem or hardware?

Which satellite are you searching?
Are you getting any channels to scan in?
Do you have a fixed dish system or motorized?
How have you got the Tuner configured?

it give almost all channels in sat it just 1 or 2 tp give me this problem .
just 1 sat.
my tuner configuration is advanced and i try simple also.

Can you please post the frequencies, of the channels that are causing the problem.
Are we talking Nilesat at 7 West?

I can't see a 10719 H 27500 on 7W, the closest is 10719 V 22000 DVB-S2 QPSK 3/4
