as you may check SVdownloader is stuck on 9/04 Vhannibal's settings.
I think because Vhannibal has created is own Plugin "Autosetting" and this maybe uses a different server from which download settings files.
I have tried his plugin but in this first young version it doesn't include the very usefull for me option "selection"that permits you to download different satellites not included in fixed option "Trial" "Quadri" or the full "Motor"
In my case I need 13E 19E 1W.
could be possible to you to check in this new plugin if it uses different server from SVD and update it no newer version 4.24 ?
