Tuner blocked on astra 28 east?

Hi, when I update the channels through vhannibal, or I do a backup of the channels, the tuner remains blocked on the satellite astra 28 is, how to solve this problem and thank you

Please explain what you mean by blocked?
Do you mean you have a motorized system and it is locked on 28.2E?
Can you please provide more information.

Are you using Open Blackhole 0.6?
Which VU+ model do you have?
Do you have a motorized dish or a fixed dish setup?
I have to use Advanced mode, and Diseqc 1.2, as I have a 36v motor and a V-BoxII setup.
Is your satellite system similar?

i am using Openblackhole
i have a Vu+ solo2
i have a motorised dish
yes i have to use advanced mode and diseqc 1.2 ....
Note: This is the first time that it happens to me and right on openblackhole, but when I use Blackhole, everything works well

I use blackhole, not open blackhole, but they should work the same.
Do you use both tuners?
Personally I would back up the channel list, currently on your receiver, using dreamboxedit, re-flash with Open blackhole, set up your tuners, than load the saved channel list.
This will help solve where the problem lies.

Goto http://satellites-xml.eu/ download a full sat xml for all sats and all channel types.
telnet to your box and issue command init 4 then ftp the new sat.xml to etc/tuxbox making sure to overwrite the old one the best way is to first rename the original file to satellites.xml-old.
once you have the new sat xml on the box go back to telnet and issue command init 6 or type reboot.
