Tuner Server not creating play list M3u files..

Currently have a problem setting up the Tuner Server on my VU+Duo, running Black hole 1.7.8 - I have enabled the Tuner Server media client and server. the Media/hdd/tuner directory is there but no play lists can anyone help? Thanks

Rebuild the box or rebuild "tuner server"? i ve done a rebuild of the "tuner server" still no joy.... is their any thing I need to turn on before the Tuner server?

Make sure you have mediatomb running

Can you explain how you are trying to play them ? Is it on another STB ?

I would like to play on smart tv down stairs thought the mediatomb or Xbmc on other devices. m3u play list is not being created.

can not see the play list in the tuner folder....

If you smart tv does not support m3u then they will not be seen, can you see it via dnla on your device with xmbc ?

No.... not even on the local box its self though media player just seems its not creating the m3u play list!

Very strange.
Your favourite list is correctly popolated (channel list - blue button)?

You can use a Setting Editor for PC or you can populate the list with your remote ... but it's too long to do with Vu+ remote control.
I suggest to install settings made by someone just for tests and if all works correctly (m3u generated) you can start customize your settings

New to this ...what sort of settings editor? do you mean telnet on to the box and change a file? can you tell me how to do it with the remote and I will see if it creates one!

Also if you can tell me where to get the setting editor then I will have a play...

Just checked again and their is a folder called (favorites TV) when you click the blue button and under the folder the is all the channels.....

Can any one help, i rely need to get the tuner server working even if its on VLC on the PC Help...
