Tuner settings Duo2

After an update, it seems that the tuners are both off: 0% . The antenna and cabling are tested OK with another decoder.
Setting:
Tuner A = Tuner B
config mode: simple
Mode Diseqc A/B
Port A: Astra
Port B: Hot
Voltage & 22 kHz: Yes
Please help.
