Also, Avermadia Volar Black 850 (af9015), working with black hole 2.1.7, but with OBH can't enable same dvb tuner.

Openblackhole is based on OpenPLi.
OpenPLi may not have installed the drivers for these devices by default. Look in downloadable plugins and see if the drivers for these devices are listed. If they are listed in downloadable plugins, they Are Not installed.

I have not found in the plugins, but I also have a SOLO2, and I reversed the two tuners
it said the S660 dvb works under blackhole, but I prefer openblackhole

I think that is not in plugins, but in BH is I beleive system->install extensions or something like that, but in OBH not sure.
