Viasat HD channels 4.8e

Hi every one
I need your advice please, the Friday before last I moved the dish to 4.8e and had no trouble watching the Visat channels] but on the Saturday afternoon I moved the dish back for the football for my husband, and I could here the commentary but couldn’t see the football match.Is there any thing that I can do please,to see the picture.

I forgot to say the box is a vu+duo vix 1.3 image.
