Vu Duo2 > Last BH update

Hi there,

I just update to the last BH update BlackHole-3.0.2-vuduo2_usb_release_20160426_253eb7a

the update was successfully and I was bring to a assistant asking to restore my settings.

Then I had a green "death screen" coming in loops

The issue seems to be because of a skin instaled


SkinError: {skin.xml}: pixmap file /user/share/enigma2/vfd_icon_rec.png not found !

Not to make think easier but I did age ago, and can't remember it.
I still have FTP access though maybe I can remove some files like the one mentioned on the log?

I tried to removed skin_user.xml but didnt helped

You need to remove the complete skin folder you have installed.

Unpack this file " vfd_icons.zip " to a folder on your pc, and, with an FTP tool, upload the entire "unpacked = unzipped " folder to:

• /usr/share/enigma2

This surely will solve your issue.

Note: Your issue it seems is a missed icon for recording statment, regarding the vfd display of your Duo2.

In case you have deleted the skin_user.xml needed for VFD working, unpack the second file ( skin_user.zip ) to a folder in your PC ... and by FTP upload it to:

• /etc/enigma2

Many thanks for your reply guys,
at the end I update again, didn't restore my backup and start from scratch
(only restored my channel list though)
And it wasnt that bad, I'd say it good some time to start over !
