Hello,

I had a working fine MyHD subscription (CI+ Secured CAM irdeto) while using Black Hole 2.1.5 image in my Vu+ Duo2, but after updating to Black Hole 3.0.1C OE 3, the channels stopped working. I reversed to Black Hole 2.1.5 again, but the same problem remains. I called the MyHD and they refreshed the signal with no luck!

I removed the CAM/Card and use different slot, nothing changed, I even tried using official Vu+ official latest image, but same issue

I cannot see the message about checking card when I restart the receiver anymore, I am not sure how to troubleshoot from the receiver

Can anyone help how can I fix this?!!

Have you updated the OE 3 image online?

Have you updated the OE 3 image online?
I went to the update and there were 50 updates, all updated successfully.
How can I check if the receiver recognized the CAM?! I went over setting and couldn't find where is the CAM information!
I am afraid that my CAM maybe burned out!!!

The receiver recognize the C.I only if the cam is plugged in, same for information from the cam.
You don't burn anything: at best, it don't work !!!

I reinstalled Black Hole 3.0.1C OE 3 again and updated to latest update online, and when I go to common interface I see the attached snapshot.
