Hi I have a vu+solo Se Box running hades openvix but when I turn it on it crashes on the start screen saying software error can any one help

You must have a installed plugin or skin that crash´s your STB.
Although we don´t support any other images rather than BlackHole or Open BlackHole images.

You must ask for support in OpenVix forum.
