Dear friends
Is it possible or does exist a program similar to xbmc to install it on my solo ?
Does Vu+solo support any program like genesis or naviX or Kodi ?

Some people say that Vu+solo does not support similar programs anymore
Other says that they v'got on there Vu+solo.

XBMC/Kodi into Vu+Solo (1st generation) aren't compatible due to hardware performances and lack of resources.

NO.
It's too hard to understand? Hardware is not capable to gain all performances needed by XBMC/Kodi.

Hi guys, I thought I'd ask a similar question after searching the forum for a similar answer.

I have a vu+ solo2 with tsmedia installed.....I think tsm a bit archaic, chunky and not very user friendly.

I've used kodi and find the GUI generally a lot better. Also has better functions like 'ticks' for episodes watched in a series. Small things, I know, but lists look better and easier to peruse.

Anyway, on to my actual point!

I'm looking to install kodi on a usb stick to throw in tha back of my solo2 box.
I saw an answer on previous thread saying it will only work if installed on a sd card, is this true? Will it work in any way from a usb thru the solo2?

I've seen a dozen video's on uTube showing it installed on a usb but that's for using in laptops.

Any ideas how to install it and get it running?

Thanks for any input.
