Vu+ solo2 hardware problem

has a vu + SOLO2 the black hole, and one day, hung it up got off the power switch, then disappeared 2 of 4 satellites from the box. flash the box and finds them again, but then after a while and rebooting the box then they're gone again and all four saterliter called 19,2E Astra and Hotbird 13E but the 2 missing Thor 0.8W and Sirius 0,8E is not more and then you have to flash the box again to obtain them. anyone else had this problem?

I don't believe it is a hardware problem.
It seems you have a settings issue.
When you install the new image, avoid to restore your backup and check if the proble is still present.
