VU+tuner puzzle

Hi,
I have 1 VU+ Duo and 2 VU+ Unos.
Anyone have any idea why I am able to receive a channel on the duo, but just get blank screen on the Unos, all using exactly the same satellite frequency, polarisation etc?
All Vus were receiving fine until a couple of weeks ago, then the Unos stopped 'receiving'.
Tried everything I can think of but to no avail.
Any suggestions most welcome

Please post the satellite, the channel name, frequency, polarity, and S/R (Symbol Rate)

Frequency 11082H Sym Rate 22000

Those channels are on the Europe/ku beam, so not as strong as the UK spot beam, if living in the UK.
What signal quality readings are you getting on your VU+ Duo?
Ensure you have entered the details correctly, go into the menu, Setup, Service Searching, and select Manual Scan.
Enter/select the correct values, DVB-S, 11081 Horizontal 22000, and see ifd your receiver picks them up, also try the HD versions:
11835 Vertical 29500 DVB-S2 QPSK 3/4, which are on the UK spot beam.
