vU+ UNO reporting wrong size of RAM.

I've just bought a vU+ Uno and installed BlackHole 1.6.4, are there some early models with less than 512 MB RAM floating around ?

Vuplus 2.0.7 + BlackHole 1.6.4 vuuno

If I remembered good, VU+DUO models have 384 mb but from telnet we get just this:

Why ? I think we need some answer from VU+.
