VU+ Zero - intermittent SNR

Hello.
I need your help. I bought a used VU+ ZERO, but I can not configure it correctly for the Hispasat 30W-4/30W-5 (30.0W) satellite. I programmed the VU with the "BlackHole-3.0.3" image, and set everything up.
But the SNR signal is oscillating between 0% and 99%. While the AGC is 82%. The antenna and LNB are new and I've tested it with another box from another brand and it works perfectly.
Is it a configuration problem or a hardware problem?

Your images show a frequency of 11836, and I can't see a 11836 H 27500, on 30W.
Try one of the frequencies listed on lyngsat:
Code:

Thank you very much for your help.
I'm a beginner in this device's settings. It's my first experience in BlackHole images.

Now I repeated the test with the frequency of a Portuguese provider:
Capture1.jpg

And the result is more positive and ... stable! Now it does not swing to 0%. It is always in the 59%.

But I have one more question. I did a Service Scan on this frequency and found no services found. It's normal?

Your signal quality levels are quite low, depending on your general location, and size of dish, but you should be able to scan some channels in.
Try a few different frequencies:
12399 H 27500 DVB-S2 8PSK 3/4
12380 V 27500 DVB-S
11771 V 27500 DVB-S

@Mick12334,
I tested these frequencies and the results were as follows:

Freq.: 12399, SNR: 59%
IMG_20170713_072418.jpg

Freq.: 12380, SNR varies between 0%, 16% and 43%
IMG_20170713_072628.jpg
IMG_20170713_072623.jpg
IMG_20170713_072637.jpg

Freq.: 11771, SNR: 0%

They are not very good results...

Did you manage to scan in any channels?
Go to manual scan, enter the 12399 H 27500 DVB-S2 8PSK 3/4 and try scanning in some channels.
If that fails try doing a blind scan, and see if any channels scan in.
You might not be aligned, on 30W, or at least the dish might not be fully aligned.

What other receiver are you connecting and what channels can you view?
Your signal quality readings are very poor, at least on the VU+ Zero, so what signal quality readings do you have on your other receiver?
How have you set the tuner up, in the menu, on your VU+ Zero?
Can you get BBC World News on 11771 V 27500 DVB-S, and 12476 H 27500 DVB-S2 8PSK 3/4?
Please post the names, of the channels, and frequencies, that you can get on your other receiver.
